About Penny

Penny is quite a nervous little dog with people and dogs. However she is starting to show progress and will come to us for food out of our hands, which has been a huge development. She is such a sweet funny little character who loves her food. Penny will need to be homed as an only dog and with an experienced person who can continue her rehabilitation.
