He was just another stray, navigating the world alone, until a devastating accident changed his life forever. Struck down by a truck, Shyla was left severely injured and in desperate need of help. Fate led him to our clinic, where we knew immediate action was needed to save him.

A Journey of Transformation

When Shyla was first discovered on the streets, he was just another stray dog trying to navigate the world on his own. His life took a dramatic turn when he was hit by a truck, leaving him severely injured and in desperate need of assistance.

Shyla's story is all too common in places like Romania, where stray dogs roam the streets in high numbers. When we found him, Shyla was in a dire state. His injury was severe, and without immediate medical attention, he would not have survived.

Our team at Penny's Ark took swift action. Shyla was rushed to our clinic, where he underwent a lifesaving operation that cost him a leg but gave him a second chance at life.

This intervention was only possible due to the generous donations from our supporters. Every penny went towards ensuring Shyla received the care he needed - from his emergency surgery to his ongoing rehabilitation.
